The 18km includes sections not normally open to the public and specially cleared for this event. After a start on the Muratie trails, runners cut through Uitkyk farm and head into the Neversayneverending trail offering beautiful views over the Winelands and greater Cape Town.

This route follows the 18km into Uitkyk farm before heading back into the Muratie trail system linking several of the forest trail systems

6km
The short route heads towards Knorhoek farm and is completely separate from the longe distances.
